Carrot Cake Smoothie with our Mango Granola

Carrot Cake Smoothie-Bowl Recipe        


    

Ingredients:


1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)

1/3 banana (frozen, optional)

1 tablespoon peanut butter (or your favorite nut or seed butter)

1/4 cup raisin

1 medium-large carrot

1/2+ cup ice cubes

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 coconut flakes


Topping:

1/3 cup Judine's Mango Granola


Direction:

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until puréed.

Pour into a bowl.

Top with Judine's Mango Granola and enjoy it.
