Judine's Plant-Based Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie (no gluten, no dairy, no eggs,)

Ingredients:
1 Cup Judine's chocolate granola
½ Cup almond flour (or nut-free flour of choice)
2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter (no sugar, no salt added)
3 Tablespoons unsweetened milk (or milk of choice)
1 Tablespoon raw honey
¼ teaspoon coarse sea salt, set aside
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicon baking mat (highly recommended) or parchment paper.
Reserve the sea salt, and set it aside. Place all other ingredients into a mixing bowl. (see below for additional instructions).
Mix ingredients (except sea salt) until evenly combined.
Drop by large spoonful (6) onto lined baking sheet pan.
Sprinkle each piece with ¼ teaspoon of sea salt.
Bake for about 18 minutes in preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
Remove from oven, allow to cool, and enjoy.
