Born in Jamaica and raised in Connecticut, I learned early on the value of good-tasting food that is good for you. After studying Business Administration in college, I decided to pursue my passion for food at the International Culinary Center in New York City. I worked as a private chef for over ten years, curating delicious and healthy meals for my clients. In 2013, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the nutritional value of food became even more paramount in my everyday life. My diet is a key feature in maintaining my health.
As someone with a sensitive digestive system, I am a firm believer that caring for our digestive system is an integral part of our overall health. I wanted to create nutritious but easy-to-digest foods without compromising on taste. Our foods are delicious and packed with some of the most powerful, nutrient-dense, easy-to-digest superfoods. We never use ingredients that contain high fructose corn syrups, artificial colors, or flavorings.
I live in South Florida and enjoy exercising, cooking, and spending time at home.
