Shipping & Returns

Ordering:

Orders for in-stock items are generally processed and shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days. If you select a priority shipping method during the checkout process, your order will always be processed as such. Your estimated delivery date will be provided during the checkout process.

The purchase of products and services on the Site are subject to availability. If the item is currently out-of-stock, we will attempt to flag the item on the Site. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel the entire order without charge.

Orders will only be shipped and delivered to addresses located within the United States. An order may only be shipped to one delivery address.

Shipping:

The items you order may arrive in more than one box, but you will not incur any additional shipping charges under such circumstances. The total charges for all shipments, including the shipping charges, will equal the total for the entire order stated during the checkout process.

We use UPS, and USPS shipping providers to help ensure fast delivery to your door. 

We offer FREE shipping for all orders of $45 or more. This offer is subject to change.

We will ship your orders to a P. O. Box, APO, or FPO address. Please note that shipping to APO address can take up to 30 days. Shipping prices are subject to change.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your item is shipped.

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Florida.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For these reasons, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Returns:

We LOVE our products, and we know you will too. Unless defected, items cannot be returned if they are opened. We accept all unopened items (Within 30 Days of Purchase Date, With Receipt). If you received a defective item, please contact customer service at info@justjudine.com, within 24 hours of delivery, with the following information:

  • Order number for the item(s).
  • Email subject line: “Damaged/Defective.”
  • Condition of the item at the time of arrival.
  • A photo of the damaged or defected item(s).
  • Date of arrival.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Whether you prefer a refund or item replacement.

To return your product, please mail to the address listed above.

Please provide a return tracking number for all returns.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. (Note: Return Labels Are Not Provided).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection. 

Approved refund orders will be refunded at a pro-rated amount if returns are received with fewer items than purchased. 

Approve refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

We replace most items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defected item for the same item, please send us an email to info@justjudine.com, and mail your damaged or defected item to:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

· It may take some time before your refund is posted to your account.

· Please allow some time for the refund to process. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Risk of Loss; General Prohibitions:

The risk of loss shall pass to you as soon as your order is delivered to the delivery address you provide during the checkout process. It is your sole responsibility to provide a safe and correct shipping address, accessible to our carriers. You hereby release us from any and all liability in the event you (a) provide an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process and/or (b) fail to collect the item(s)/package from the delivery address you provided during the checkout process. 

Price:

All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address on your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you, provided that any changes made after your order is submitted will not apply retroactively. Just Judine, LLC, and other subscription orders are deemed to be submitted as of the date of each shipment.

Cancelation:

Once you submit an order on the Site, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations due to the speed and efficiency of our order processing and fulfillment. If you would like to make changes to or cancel, your order, please contact Customer Service:

Any canceled order will be promptly refunded.
